S3Web is a web application which helps users browse through Amazon Simple Storage Services (S3) public buckets. It is lightweight, fast and simple to use. It is available for public use at http://s3web.coderollers.com/
In order to use it, just enter a public bucket name and click the button. You will then be able to browse the bucket contents in a hierarchical way.
Please note that the bucket itself must be public. If read permissions are not granted (bucket is private), browsing will not be possible.
